How long does shipping take?

Our standard delivery time is 7–10 business days after your order is processed.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at Info@hugssnpaws.com with your order number and reason — our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned item.
